More complex repairs like motherboard diagnostics or data recovery may take 2–3 business days. We always give you an estimated timeframe upfront.
Yes — our technician can come to your home or office anywhere in the Washington DC metro area, including Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Silver Spring, and surrounding areas. On-site visits start at a $49 call-out fee which covers travel and the first 30 minutes of labor.
