We install and manage a professional-grade antivirus on your device — currently Bitdefender GravityZone, the same solution used by enterprise IT teams. We monitor your device's security status remotely through a central dashboard and act immediately if a threat is detected. You don't need to manage anything — we handle it all.

System Updates & Maintenance
Outdated software is one of the most common causes of security vulnerabilities and performance issues. Every month during your maintenance window — while you sleep — we remotely apply all pending Windows updates, driver updates, and firmware patches. We schedule any required restarts for 3AM so your device is ready when you wake up.
Maintenance runs during your agreed window — typically overnight once a month. Your device must be powered on and connected to the internet. We'll remind you 24 hours in advance.
Hardware Health Detection
During every monthly session we run a full hardware diagnostic — checking your hard drive or SSD health, RAM stability, CPU and GPU temperatures, and fan performance. Catching a failing drive early can be the difference between a $0 fix and losing everything. We flag issues before they become failures and let you know in your monthly report.
Cloud Backup Monitoring
We set up and monitor a cloud backup solution on your device — using OneDrive, Google Drive, or Backblaze depending on your preference. Every month we verify that backups are running successfully and that your important files are protected. If a backup fails silently, we catch it — not you.
Cloud storage costs are not included in the plan. Most customers already have OneDrive (included with Windows) or Google Drive (15GB free). We manage it — you own the storage.
Custom System Optimizations
Every device is different and every user has different needs. During your monthly session we fine-tune your system based on how you actually use it — cleaning up startup programs that slow your boot time, removing bloatware, optimizing browser performance, and adjusting power settings. Over time your device gets faster, not slower.
Monthly Health Report
After every maintenance session you receive a clear, plain-English summary of everything we did, anything we flagged, and what's coming up next. No technical jargon — just a straightforward report so you always know the health of your device.
